About Us
Carter & Leonardo Environmental Services was founded in 2021 by highly renowned environmental soil scientist Lew Carter and Environmental Scientist James Leonardo (Bachelor of Science, Environment & Society, Florida State University, 2018). Carter and Leonardo Environmental Services provides environmental consulting services throughout the state of Florida to the public as well as state and federal agencies. Carter and Leonardo Environmental Services provides cornerstone environmental services such as soil boring testing, protected and endangered animal species surveys, as well as state and federal permitting.
